There was once I provided printscreen only (as the supporting document) to Aeon. I received a reply via email from AEON CS saying that they couldn't process my application with the printscreen. They required statements.

Then, I scanned and emailed them the previous month statement (recalled the previous experience by some forumers here) and my application for the total unbilled amount was approved.

Just want to share info here, my BT to AEON was approved last week. BT amount is less than 2k.

This is my 4th BT to AEON. 3rd BT was done 2 months ago.
Maybe my application was approved in time before the enforcement of the new rules.

Citibank 2.99% BT for 9-month period. No early settlement fee. Let's say if I would like to apply for this BT and I would like to settle the amount in 2 months.

1. Is it the remaining balance will be shown up in full in the credit card account, upon request?

2. How is the interest calculation? Is the interest calculated daily until the full amount is paid up?

3. On the other hand, just would like to confirm, BT from Citibank to AEON is workable right? Notice from past posts here, BT from AEON to Citibank is not workable.

Tried before BT with 0% interest charge but with upfront fee (waived bcs of promotion, MBB). Not so sure about BT without upfront fee but with interest charge. Looking for information here. Thanks!

Overpaid MBB cc with BT to Citibank. Amount, 9k. Requested refund to CASA on 27/10, but until now still not credited. CS insists the process requires 8 working days.

10/2 - Called AmBank CS to apply through phone call
16/2 - Received a verification call
17/2 - Payments posted on HLB and SCB
18/2 - Payment posted on AEON

Initially, CS said there is no BT 0% interest tagged under my card. Told her about the current Rewards for Everyone Programme, then only she said I am eligible after checking the tnc.

My card was approved on 14/1. Obtained the card before 10/2.

Yes and didn't request for statements.
