Hi, my BT is approved and overpay to MBB, what is the good reason to give if I want to cash out by transfer to CASA?

PBB BT Approval to MBB
13 July : Send application via email 15 July : Approval and posted under Unbilled transactions 16 July : SMS notification. Reflected in MBB MBB Overpayment 20 July : Send via email 23 July : Refund to CASA So far so good. |
