New to PBB customer eligible for 0% interest and fee for 12 months BT. Min 3000  BT and have to spend 1000 within 3 months after approval. I've just applied.

Existing customer 2% upfront for 12months or 6 months no upfront.

warning for BT Over payment to Citibank.

Dont overpay more than RM2000 to citibank, you need proof of payment to get refund.

The last time i over paid >RM10+k,  they also asked for proof of payment, emailed back and forth, finally i admitted it was BT and so no receipt, by the time they agreed to refund me, left only RM9+k.

This time they are damn strict, citibank wants proof of payment for refund above RM2k. If below Rm2k , no receipt ok . So i gave up, told them refund me RM1900.
