07 SEP - Receveid verification call + approval SMS + appeared in online banking
15 SEP - Still nothing in M2U, hopefully it will clear today or tomorrow.

Like AEON, they even offer points for BT.

for my case, my wife house at melaka and I'm working in KL (last time working in melaka). So I can request the CCRIS online. If you stay in certain state where they have the BNM branch, you have to go to the branch personally to get the report according to the link above. (Melaka don't have any branch, so they have to reply me via email)
BNM branch available in KL, Pulau Pinang, Johor Bahru, Kuala Terengganu, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching. Other than this, all can apply online.

Method I used,
1. download the request form Form
2. send via email to bnmtelelink@bnm.gov.my
3. email attached with IC photocopy, 2 bills/CC/bank statement with your name and address and the request form.
4. they will manual reply you within a day for processing.
5. received encrypted report within a week
6. call them to get the password to decrypt the report.
7. reply them with CCRIS Akuan penerimaan
8. If needed, reapply every 3 months to review.

Note:
- Because most my CC bill with melaka address (most are eStatement anyway). So I still using melaka address.
- It's free of charge.
- For loan declaration form, it actually in the same request form under different section. Request form has 3 section - application, loan declaration and dispute. I didn't really fill up the loan declaration.

27 Nov - emailed BT form and MBB statement to Aeon @
30 Nov - no reponse, therefore email and called CS to verify
1 DEC - received call from CS for rounding up the BT value
2 DEC - SMS received stating BT approved
3 DEC - Aeon installment plan reflected in Aeon online website
9 DEC - Aeon payment to MBB reflected in M2u.

FYI
I called CS on 8th Dec to ask on why payment not through yet and CS look through the system and gave me the cheque number along with the consignment number used to courier the cheque to MBB.
Info given is that the cheque was delivered on 4th Dec. (take 4-5 days)

mbb also send cheque to aeon. few months ago aeon called me that they received cheque from mbb. lol...

Pls tell which bank using this method to avoid confusion. I do not think any bank ignore the outstanding balance when calculate amount can do balance transfer. BOTH CREDIT LIMIT AND AVAILABLE BALANCE WILL BE USED>
If already swipe 2400 already before do BT, we still can apply balance transfer RM9600 to the card if credit limit is RM12000?
I do not think calculate this way.

You can only apply request to apply balance transfer for around RM7680.
Anyway, this method may be correct for some bank and not all bank.

What happen if I swipe 10,000 before do BT? Can I still do balance transfer up to RM9600?
Totally no make sense cos credit limit is Rm12000.  If swipe RM10000 and balance transfer RM9600, total will be 19600 which exceed limit.
