Yes but then, BT to MBB advertised as 0% interest but its actually got 3% upfront charges.
And then next month you BT back to HLB? So you pay 3% for 1 month?

Oh ya forgot about that.

Btw i supposed the BT amount are divided for 12 months repayment, so how do you BT it out?
Have to call bank? Whats the procedure?
