More to 4%; you are paying back the '1%' equally every month although you have paid back the loan amount equally in 6 months. Complicated maths but easy way is to refer to RHB promo. You pay 1.2% up front for 6 months BT but they are also nice enough to show you the effective % to be 4.1% p.a.

PBB is super efficient, apply BT on 20-4 2pm, transaction reflected in PBB-online on 21-4, payment reflected in M2U on 22-4.

My last AEON BT was done on 23-12-2104, would try to BT again after 24-6-2105.

FYI. u can only apply BT to AEON CC every 6 months once. That  means u need to settle the BT in AEON CC before u can apply another BT to AEON CC.

Meaning u transfer balance from MBB CC to public bank CC
Now, u plan to transfer balance from public bank CC to AEON CC

If u transfer balance to AEON for first time, no problem to apply.
