QUOTE(shawluke @ Mar 23 2015, 11:52 AM) Hello, I have applied the BT with Aeon for 3 times this month, and it has been declined without any reason. AEON new policy.. BT can only do once every 6 months.I called to the customer service for several times, and they keep mentioned that they are not possible to provide me the actual answer, eventhough transfer my call to credit department they also couldn't answer me. I have currently paying 3 monthly BT to Aeon, total amount I applied are rm7600. I have Rm10,000 credit limit, and outstanding is rm0 this month, due I have deposit few thousands in my Aeon account, now got rm2k CR. This time I only applied rm1400 for BT, and they rejected me 3 times within this month. The customer service officer keep asking me to apply again at another 6 months without a strong reason, just stated its the policy.. Have anyone might know what is the reason that they rejected my BT application ? |

For the benefit of everyone, can you guys please edit previous posts, and stop posting regarding accidentally overpaying your credit cards, and having to refund.
Can be more tactful when posting. This IS an open public forum after all. And it works to nobody's advantage if banks stop offering BT. |
