QUOTE(guy3288 @ Oct 2 2015, 10:10 PM) yeah that is the last resort, but i still need the card. anyway it's just unlucky got a lousy CS officer that day. next day tried my luck, called again, this time got another CS Harry, didnt ask anything at all, proceeded to submit my request for refund. i managed to get the transaction slip from UOB, emailed them on 30.9.15, surprised to see the refund money already in my MBB SA just now, noted the posting date was 1.10.15, that's fast!! yeah just a phone call. other banks Citibank below RM2k, Ambank below RM1k, above that need proof of payment. MBB still da best! will try bigger amount next.. Glad to hear that no problem faced on the second call Last time I asked RHB to refund 15K and they say CANNOT because they know it's the overpayment from BT. I straight away say "if like that, I'll terminate my card, you need to refund all amounts anyway". CS straight away put me on hold and after that said will process accordingly. It took 2 weeks for RHB to transfer the amount to my saving.

QUOTE(leo_kiatez @ Oct 3 2015, 12:05 AM) So finally do u still need to provide the transaction slip to get the refund? i emailed them my transaction slip anyway, so i dont know whether actually needed or not. but i think it helps to speed up refund QUOTE(blahbleh @ Oct 3 2015, 10:39 AM) Glad to hear that no problem faced on the second call Last time I asked RHB to refund 15K and they say CANNOT because they know it's the overpayment from BT. If RHB easy to get overpayment refund, i want to use my PBB available CR to BT and cash out.

They were hesitant on that and according to CS, it needs higher level approval for amount > 10K. Perhaps you can try with smaller amount first..

For PBB overpayment to Maybank, let say we have existing BT in the MBB card will that overpayment from PBB off-set the remaining balance in the current existing BT in MBB? so which one of the following:
A) overpayment - MBB remaining balance in BT B) overpayment - current outstanding balance for the BT (payment for that month only)
which one A or B?

Hi Guys, I have searched around and found out BSN credit card offers incredibly low interest for balance transfer. I'd like to check with your guys' experience, anyone takes BSN cards for balance transfer at the moment, or before? http://www.mybsn.com.my/content.xhtml?contentId=136

For the benefit of everyone, can you guys please edit previous posts, and stop posting regarding accidentally overpaying your credit cards, and having to refund.
Can be more tactful when posting.
This IS an open public forum after all. And it works to nobody's advantage if banks stop offering BT.

Haha. Getting the card and applying for BT is very slow process, I'd say. Compared to other banks.

Citibank 2.99% BT for 9-month period. No early settlement fee. Let's say if I would like to apply for this BT and I would like to settle the amount in 2 months.
1. Is it the remaining balance will be shown up in full in the credit card account, upon request?
2. How is the interest calculation? Is the interest calculated daily until the full amount is paid up?
3. On the other hand, just would like to confirm, BT from Citibank to AEON is workable right? Notice from past posts here, BT from AEON to Citibank is not workable.
Tried before BT with 0% interest charge but with upfront fee (waived bcs of promotion, MBB). Not so sure about BT without upfront fee but with interest charge. Looking for information here. Thanks!
