But if I would like to use BT to cover existing BT how? Currently BT is bill month by month..but I want to lump sum BT all..
*
Guys, any advice for this? If those bank require statement for BT, how can I use their BT to cover my another BT? Example Aeon BT, they need statement for BT application, but my OCBC BT billing month by month.. laugh.gif

Or I should get Public Bank card purely for BT? since they no need statement icon_rolleyes.gif

1) you may combine a few cc statements to make it to minimum 1k for the bt application
2) yes, you may get pbb cc for this purpose

Thanks for your advice.. thumbup.gif

Any specific good card from Public Bank? hmm.gif

This is what I always do.
Just I'm confused with the word you used on 'withdraw cash with that card'. Initially I thought you mean you do 'cash advance'.
Actually not only HLB can transfer overpay to CASA, others bank can do it too smile.gif

So far only PBB, MBB and AEON provide 0% only right? and only PBB doesn't need statement.. sad.gif

Thank you.
Can anybody explain how the repayment of the Balance Transfer works?
Example I have RM12k with Bank A, and I transfer RM12k to Bank B at 0% interest for 12 months. Do I have to pay RM1k every month to Bank B? Or I can pay the minimum amount which is 5%, means RM600 only?
*
If you pay minimum amount, bank will charge you according to normal credit card rate interest which is 15% pa or 18% pa depends on your tier.. laugh.gif

Hi guys,

Notice that maybank is offering 12months 0% BT. But do we still need to pay the 3% upfront ?

i guess it is needed. correct me if i am wrong. Thanks !

As I saw other forumers record, the 3% will be waived after few days..

Got something to ask those BT experts here..hehehe..

I'm going to apply a house loan, I knew that CC debts will be take into calculation by bank when I'm applying house loan..

But what if I BT outstanding balance to other bank let say 12k and for 12 months installment? Will bank calculate my outstanding balance is 12k or 1k(12k divide by 12 months installment)?

Also I'm planning to do BT to MBB, their BT still 0% right? How can I waive the 3% one time up-front fee?
