Is it a must to show statement balance from Bank B if I want to do a balance transfer from Bank B to Bank A?
1. Is there any bank that do not require a statement?
2. And which bank, if require a statement, then online statement is sufficient.
Please let me know. I'm planning to apply BT from 8 different banks.

I received call from OCBC last week, asking me whether want to apply for BT or not, still got around 22%..lol..I said I did 10k already..dont need more..then she straight said "thank you, bye"..

Can anybody explain how the repayment of the Balance Transfer works?
Example I have RM12k with Bank A, and I transfer RM12k to Bank B at 0% interest for 12 months. Do I have to pay RM1k every month to Bank B? Or I can pay the minimum amount which is 5%, means RM600 only?

Can you share the method to e-mail BT to MBB? I didn't see any option of e-mailing them. Thanks.

Just a quick re-cap of what I understand from what I read so far.

So, I can technically ask for Max margin of CL allowed by say PBB or MBB in the BT, and ignore what I actually owe on my other credit cards.
(Since no statement required , and it seems that the bank offering BT is ok to allow an 'over-payment' to the other bank)

Just  max out the limit in 1 application rather than do in many rounds?

One more question, if the BT plan is still ongoing with balance installments unpaid but not due , would any new retail transactions still be enjoying the 20 days interest free period until statement due date?

aeon is very fast now...

i just fax over my bt application form and within 30 minutes i received their call! 
unfortunately, my cl is not enough so need to pay certain amount to clear the cl space for bt. 
so my application is still pending...

Mean I need to wait my citibank stamen come out then only can apply the bt?

MBB refund is too haphazard.

my MBB statement was 5+k.
I did BT 5+k twice to 2  other banks, so  MBB got paid 5+k x 2 - i asked for -refund of one of those 2 payments , RM5+k refunded to my MBB SA- done.

Then i use PBB BT to pay another RM7+k to MBB. I emailed in asking for refund of that 7+k. Next 2 days i made a call enquiring about that refund 7+k,  the CS told me only got CR 5+k (must be RM7+k - current spends), and she said she will  refund that 5+k.

Then next day i received 2 refunds same day, RM7+k and  5+k in my SA.
So MBB has actually over refunded. hope they are not going to charge me interest as in effect my that statement balance of 5+k was not paid at all, since paymnent has been refunded back, infact refund amount is more that that statement amount!.

can i actually BT installment plans(those 0% interest installment for 12 months purchases) from hsbc to mbb?

Just to share my recent BTs experience~~

10 NOV - Handed over the BT form and CC statement to AEON Credit
11 NOV - Received verification call from AEON
11 NOV - "Approved" SMS received on 5pm
18 NOV - Payment cleared and reflected in my MBB statement.

13 NOV - Handed over the BT form and CC statement to MBB 
17 NOV - Notification of approval received
18 NOV - Payment cleared and reflected in my AEON statement   

It appears both AEON and MBB reacting vy fast on BT applications~~~

- Maybank
- Aeon credit
- Public bank
