About 2 weeks ago, I have BT from PBB to AEON of RM6000, but my AEON credit card statement only around RM 1K+ at that time. Hence, result in a CR balance of around RM4K+ in AEON cc now.

Recently, I have requested a RM1000 BT to AEON but get rejected. Not sure what is the reason behind? Since I already overpaid not long ago, why they reject my application? I got sufficient CL >80%...This my 1st time get rejected...confused

I've been overpaying to increase my BT limits for the last 6 mths, but so far, touch wood, all BT went thru...!!,

i overpaid much more.  every month statement comes no need payment, got some more CR.

For those that BT from AEON to other bank, when submit statement, do you submit 1st & 2nd page? Or 2nd page will do? Thanks

Besides PBB, what else bank dont need statement for BT application? I tried OCBC, they dont need statement, and dont bother other side of CL also..They just approve whatever customer request as long as meet their requirement which is max 90% of OCBC CL..

Can we call them to make the request instead of waiting for them to give us the options?
I mean, if they do not offer us the selections.

From what I understand, it's public bank and ?aeon allowed the overpayment of credit card transfer to saving?
And maybank, public bank and ocbc which don't need any statement for applications?

I did a BT for 90% my available CL from MBB and MBB called me saying that they only approve 80%. Seems like they are inconsistent?

Well, someone did managed to BT 90% of the CL so I thought why not to give a try. And another guy also reported that MBB CS told him that it's 90% of the CL.

Regarding Aeon BT, can i just email my BT form to this customer.service@aeonmalaysia.com.my ? is it a must to provide card statement to Aeon CS?

Did a BT from AEON Gold & AEON Watami (on the same BT form) to MBB-12m-0% 2 weeks ago and thought everything is done.  Today I check AEON-online and found that Maybank has wrongly transfered both payments  to AEON GOLD. Called up AEON to make the necessary changes b4 the payment due date. What would happen if I didn't discover this, incur interest and late charges?

How to know? On AEON-online the transaction's description is "Payment Transfer".
