The first thing I noticed was that the applicant got Dean's Award one semester for average 3.8GPA. I was like "Wah notto bad". Gaji boleh nego summore. That's why want to ask UniKL standard ok or not one.

I interviewed one politeknik pd student once, she is better than this ukm student. Very forward thinking and punctual. Communication wise both at same level. Presentation and appearance wise is better as well, and her best traits is that she wises to expand her knowledge and move at a wise phase. The ukm student asked me more about her renumeration/salary rather than what she wants to learn. So yah, u know which one got the job.

Interview already. Apart from his dean's award nothing much really. I would say about average only. Wouldn't want to say much. He could be a forumer here too.

coz i'm a UniKL student, so support uni-mates~

some hear-sayings said UniKL grads (especially the MFI, BMI, MIAT, GMI brach) are very good in hands-on work/practical

or u can test them both, by give some problem-solving questions or something..

When is ur due date for intrvew??lots of potential graduates out there..take ur time...choose wisely

U ask him/her to assemble a wall socket & connect the wire properly & neatly. If he/she can do it. Hire them.

Bare in mind, UniKL graduate are not taking PURE ENGINEERING Courses. They're taking ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY Courses. If your company care shiat about BEM/IEM thingy, don't bother to hire them...

Usually, MNC didn't really care. But for Consultant Companies, GLCs & Government, they care by a lot...

UTM change the name for their one of a kind course in malaysia from mechanical engineering (marine technology) to naval architecture coz to compete with unikl mimet student graduate

I give you the situation :

UNIKL Lecture class don't have too many students compare to the others Uni, might reach 100-200 per lecture, so UNIKL students will have a good bond with their lecturer, in this case if he's a dean list student, for sure he have a good bond with the lecturers and UNIKL technical knowledge is quite good seems we have to assemble and disassemble the hardware, switch,routers from the scratch.
