I thought it was only ok and definitely wasn't mind blowing like how it's hyped up to be. The Suicide Squad members aren't that bad compared to the villain which is just really stupid. The villain was actually dancing and swinging that hips. And again we get the swirling pile of trash-thing in the middle of the city. Didn't we just recently saw that in Ghostbusters and Independence Day?
The pacing was also a problem like what some people are saying. It kept switching between watchable and boring.
Deadshot and Harley were kinda entertaining while Diablo is the one that will surprise you.
Some people love it but most seem to hate it for now. You'll have to watch it for yourself.

Not sure if there's any cuts but there were a few times where curse words were muted.

According to internet, that scene and a few more that was shown in the trailers never made it to the final cut.
