the performance of that ( expecting to be HOT IKHMAS Jaya $$$$ )


everybody is so excited now , can't wait the listing day on the 27 July ( monday )...

so far so hot & good - to the IPO lately --

see the champion sedania , hot xin hua , solid dolphine....all giving Raya lui to many

as of now the black market price for IKHMAS JAYA is RM 1.00 with the TP RM 1.28...

SUNWAY CONS Black market price now RM 1.70....TP RM 1.98

AmResearch said construction stocks r currently trading @ PE of 12 to 17x
Assume higher end of 17x, SCG could reach 1.53

Also earning ecpected to surge from YE17 and beyond..

Based on Sunway Q1/15 results, its construction division recorded PAT of RM47.7 mil
On a annualized basis, SCG shld register PAT of RM190.8 mil
Assume a 30% discount on PAT of RM190.8 mil, its EPS at 10.3 cents
At 10.3 cents, SCG is trading at an attractive PE of 11.6x based on IPO price of RM1.20

Why IKhmas Jaya to be first ( 27 July ) instead of Sunway Cons ( 28 july )....

surely that Ikhmas Jaya ( another Pilecon ) to be HOT IPO than Sunway Cons....

Sedania , TP given by IB 42 sen , but this champion IPO OVERSHOOT @ HIT 62 sen..last week

that HOT XIN HWA , TP merely 80 + sen ,,,,but now anytime to hit RM 1.30 ++

Like i said you just come out with some numbers and no solid backing of your words, plus you only name all the GOOD IPO's and never talk about the bad IPO like the most recent one MALAKOFF

(Just so you know, i haven't bought any IPO yet until now. So i'm not raging about it because i didn't get allotted or something.)
