buffy, the best thing to do is to try out all the gyms. Nowadays they give out free passes to try out. Go inside, have a good look. Then choose

back to the topic: taipan's new true fitness is pretty good. but no free towels though. but hell, who needs used towels. eww.

i would said location/distance matter the most ... choose the 1 which either nearer to your home or office...

powerhouse.. i've heard great things of titiwangsa gym and some local legends workout there.. if i stayed somewhere near there i'd go there to workout man.. how are the facilities there?

and by that i don't mean sauna or steam room bullshit, i mean squat rack/cages, bench, oly bar, oly platform where i can dump weights.. any thing like that?

yea, no sauna whatsoever. but many local champ workout here. they do have all the equipment. but some of the bar r rusty. it is normal for a public gym like that. that gym have no air-cond so u might burn fat faster. we can go together if u want... aig.

lol.. if i ever manage to make it there, it'd be by coincidence as i stay in PJ and i rarely to go setapak area.. maybe when i continue my studies in TARC.. then i'll see.. but then, there's always ultimate gym near NZ curry house as i sorta know the owner..

actually, i'm now looking for a sparring partner so that i can prepare my self for competition next year at kuching. trainning alone is damn hard.

lol dude.. i don't know taekwando la.. maybe i can be a good punching bag la.. but then u have to let me have the benefit of a weapon.. my weapon of choice? barbell!! lol!!

not that sparring... as partner in the gym.. lol.

best gym ever? the one that fits your needs, is near to you and is as cheap as possible.

alot easier to find the worst gym ever than to find the best gym.

i went and ask the USJ branch today, the consultant told me that they are currently charging RM145 per months for a 2 years contract basis, is that the amount u all paying also?

RM4.8k++ for whole life ... then every year RM88 ...

compare with those join fitness first, RM150 for 1 month, 1 year already RM1.8k ....
