I had Alarplasty cosmetic surgery done on myself. It's a type of plastic surgery procedure for nostril reduction/nostril trimming.

My review is on my blog here: http://relaxbunnyisme.blogspot.com/2014/09...ty-journey.html

hey.. can help me get a few questions to be asked to the plastic surgeon for a certain surgery? how to know if the surgery is safe or not?
please help.. thinking of doing one.. hehe

You can look up online the surgery you want to go through. Most surgeries are nowadays safe, except for jaw bone or mandibular surgery, or where cheekbone is reduced to make the v shaped face. It is common in S Korea (the best city to perform this), but comes with big risk.

hi thanks for the reply.. may i know what type of risk is there? is it safer if i do in Malaysia?

What surgery that you have in mind? Jaw slimming/shaping in Malaysia? I'd suggest to have this done in South Korea Thailand. The risk is death or paralysis of certain parts of your face. The post surgery won't really hurt, but you will feel bruising and hard to chew hard foods for few weeks. (members' experiences)

Try this shop. I go to this shop to have whitening dripping and pore care treatment. The result is good and price is adorable.

I always wanted to get a jaw reduction or v line surgery but always do not have the guts to do it. Besides that my parents wouldn't allow as well the price itself is high

Aesthetic treatment such as Botox and lifting thread can be used to achieve the look of v line face but last only for 3-6 months or 1 years depend on individual but the maintenance is hassle. You need to touch up every 6 months sort of to maintain. With excessive Botox/filler, you have to endure wax-life effect on your face (eg. Donatella Veesace)

It won’t last forever if injecting fillers like collagen, hyaluronic acid, or Botox, fillers typically last six to 12 months. If you do a nose job at Fabulous clinic, it would last forever.

I would suggest on doing extensive research on your surgeon and his patients. Make sure he is experienced and have a lot of hours with rhinoplasty/nose surgery. After my research, I don't find Malaysian surgeons to be as experienced as those in Manila/Thailand, Korean ones seem to have that standard mold of what a nose should look like instead of making it fit that patient's face harmoniously. Go with the best experienced surgeon and the one that you're confident with.
