no need apply international licence if you going for holiday unless u plan to migrate there. but you still can drive for the first 3 months(counted upon entry) after that only need apply international licence.

most countries allow u to drive on your national drivers license but only for a certain period of time from entry. usually at least for 1 month. for US, i think its 3 months iinm.

if you're in a commonwealth country, can use our license. 99% of the countries at least.

went travelling around europe also no need international license.

lived in australia for many years also no need international license. if police catch you, just show your malaysian license, and tell them which one is your birthdate la.

i use IC also never got into any prob also.

Hi folks ,

I need your advice on applying JPJ IDP. I would like to apply for JPJ IDP as I am going to Japan next week.
I hold a malaysia driving license, but I'm living in Hong Kong.
Is there anyway I can still apply JPJ IDP , like via internet or someone apply it for me ?

Hi I just applied recently,

I asked the counter staff and they said you can nominate someone to apply on behalf just have to present them a letter.

Ask your family and friend to help you la.
