- Berjaya Land RM 6.3 billion GDV at Sungai Besi
- Berjaya Waterfront with a possible more than RM 10 billion worth of GDV, with a potential entry from Singaporean developer - Peter Lim Eng Hock. - Vietnam number forecast operation license. Vietnam population is 92.5 million, 3 times of Malaysia population. - Insider buying at RM 0.50. - Deeply undervalued at the current market cap of RM 2.1 billion while investment and asset value more than RM 10 billion. - Disposal of land and investment asset in paring down debts and churning more cash for the coming mega development. I believe RM 0.50 will be a good price to lock in position BJCorp - The Rise of The Empire |

I own BJcorp shares since last year, average price around 50.5 sens. Will keEp on top up when i have funds. My opinion on this counter will be ---- be patient. This is a "must" rule in shares investment. I still remember that i bought Pasdec since 2008 (if not mistaken) then hold until this year sold more than 50%. In between 2008 till 2014 i accumulate it. hiGhest price I pay was 33 sen (if not mistaken) and lowest price was 28 sen (when delay in financial report). Now i earn more than 200%. Therefore again, PATIENT is a "must" in shares investment

QUOTE(felixmask @ Sep 26 2014, 04:35 PM) must check from 2008....now is 2014. Ah Felix, where your math? total of 6 year. Let said is 200% for 6 year CAGR = 200/6 = 30% CAGR. In between 2008 till 2014 i accumulate it. hiGhest price I pay was 33 sen (if not mistaken) and lowest price was 28 sen (when delay in financial report). Now i earn more than 200%. Pasdec current price is only 62.5 So I am not sure what it means by saying 'now I earn more than 200%'. Average price - using the very loose average calculation.... of high 33 and low 28, average price is around 30.5. more than 200% = ................... ? And the way you can CAGR is very different ..... refer: http://www.investopedia.com/calculator/cagr.aspx Anyway for those interested in CAGR counting, If 28 is the begining value, 6 years period and ASSUMING the shares were sold at its peak of 89 sen, the cagr isOver the course of 6 periods your investment grew from $28.00 to $89.00, its compound annual growth rate, or its overall return, is only 21.26%. |
