So, since the currency conversion thing for Steam also meant that we cannot add funds to Steam Wallet directly from PayPal, which payment method is best for us now?
I heard credit card/ debit card is better at the moment as there is no extra charges. Is that true?
Anyone here use MOL or eClub?

I know credit card easiest method, but do they have any sort of hidden charges? I just read on how to link eClub and MOL to PayPal/ bank and they take quite a few steps to set up. But they also give free points for topping up.
I don't buy much, mostly Dota 2 items, but I would like to know how to stretch my money and get the most out of it.

It tells u how much money have been deducted. Mostly have service charge for transaction. Another way is use MOL points. Anyway is steam down? can't access to steam

Debit card obviously. No hidden interest fees, you pay how much is in your cart, period.
Credit card works, but don't forget you still have to pay interest fee to your bank irregardless of how much you spend.

QUOTE(limjenson @ Sep 22 2014, 05:54 PM) Interest Fees only if you can't afford to pay your outstanding bills right? Uhm no. All banks charge interest on credit card usage anually (or some banks, bi-anually). You use, you have to pay. No escape. Otherwise the bank earn what? If you don't pay outstanding bills, your next bill will be incured with a penalty charge. Don't pay somemore, warning. Don't pay again, I wouldn't dare say what would happen, but just becareful when going out.

If they don't waive, just cancel the card and apply for another. The only fees that's certain is the GST RM50. Even that certain bank is willing to waive or you can use points to redeem. The Bank earns from the merchant and not from the consumer directly. The merchant either calculate it in the item they are selling or they pass the charges to you or they absorb it.
