Maybe developer don't want to build nearest u turn cos prevent residents kajang perdana and ttdi to by pass gd view height . Heard there have proposed link road to twin palm from saujana but twin palm developer / residents not allow the link road connect to the twin palm site.

Problem if all phase are completed built and developer move out don't know mpkj manage to maintain the landscape and environment there not .

U can take the
Key and rectify the defect and defect waranty period is up to 2 yrs. if not mistaken after submitted defect list 3 month if contractor yet to fix the problem then u can hire ur own contractor to fix it and the cost can claimed from developer . See snp

I prefer that link is main entrance atleast no need to drive big u turn come home from kl
The current one should b secondary exit .

If mpkj can demolished the guard post to favour shl
Then the RA can request the mpkj to demolished most the landed guard house built by shl
Most their guard post location doesn't comply to guarded requirement .
