The apartment should be a 5-storey walk-up apartment without lift (suitable for medium cost).Actually I do wonder the 43 no. shoplots whether sufficient, I do hope for more shops. Phase 2 (Cassia West) currently more than 70% sold off according to the red sticker, 19/11/2014 is the launching of the 2.5 storey semi-D as well (not sure the pricing, anyone can enlighten?). |
