SHL said Goodview Height response very good in their latest quarterly report rclxms.gif


Performance of the respective operating business segments for the current year-to-date as compared to the preceding year-to-date is analysed as follows:

(i) Property development – The increase of the profit before taxation was mainly due to:

(a) sales of higher margin properties in Rawang Corporate Industrial Park, Sungai Choh, and a newly launched housing project development in Goodview Heights, Bandar Sungai Long South, both situated in Selangor.

(b) sharing of higher profits from our associate

I noticed that SHL purposely cover the size of 468 apartments units in their show room. Over all there are 43 shoplot, 468 apartments, 469 Dts in phase 1 ie 980 units. Phase 2 consist of 150 Dts, 104 semiD , 77 townhouses and 2 bungalows ie 333 units. Combined total there is, 1,313 units in two phases.

Yeah, I also think that they covered up the apartment size. The apartment should be a 5-storey walk-up apartment without lift (suitable for medium cost).
Actually I do wonder the 43 no. shoplots whether sufficient, I do hope for more shops.

Phase 2 (Cassia West) currently more than 70% sold off according to the red sticker, 19/11/2014 is the launching of the 2.5 storey semi-D as well (not sure the pricing, anyone can enlighten?).
