PUBLIC BANK SENTUL branch is by far the worst customer service bank I've ever encountered. They had never once give me the assurance that my request or queries was taken to action or have been attended to--as I've to always follow up with phone calls. They had never once keep their words whenever they say they'll keep me in the loop or update me. Recently, last Wednesday (10 Sept), they told me I'll be receiving some documents by postage by Friday (12 Sept) or latest on Monday (15 Sept), however until today I've not heard from them.

I wrote them an email yesterday to follow up on "why hasn't the postmen dropped by?"--- and until now, no email reply from them. So disappointing!

The PB Taipan USJ Branch customer service is so efficient, therefore I want to transfer my loan documents to PUBLIC BANK TAIPAN USJ Branch, is possible right guys? will there be any charges?

talking about da branch. I vote for PB Sentul branch the worst. Why? because they not only slow, got listening problem. never keep their words. empty talks. those..
