Just got the Blackberry Classic as a secondary phone at rm1638 gst included. So not used to the blackberry platform but will need time to adjust. Loving the physical keyboard though!

Welcome to the world of physical keyboard!
*
Should be welcome back haha
Previously owned the curve 8520 and the Torch 9810 nod.gif
But still find this device quite lacking in every aspect (especially the camera!) except for messaging and email sweat.gif
I believe the Passport is the flagship of blackberry so this is kinda expected from the Classic
If not so far liking the BlackBerry Classic!

Hi guys, I'm interested in BB Classic but i wonder can it reads my Android phone's contacts a.k.a. Gmail contacts directly without transfer? And possible to save new contact to my Gmail directly from BB Classic? Thank you.

I just know that it can read contacts off your gmail like how android phones do nod.gif

how is it so far? can it be your primary phone?any big letdown?
*
Currently using it as primary phone, but together with an iPhone 6.
Cant use the BB Classic alone without the iPhone as I have alot of my business data on my iPhone and there are apps on the iPhone which BB dont have.

Thanks. Hope that the price will goes down a bit in time, because 1.5k is not that cheap with so many options(android phone) and etc. physical keyboard, and messaging system are the main attraction that make me think to get bb classic though.

so far how do you rate the battery life?
*
For me battery life is OK, but then I didnt really abuse the BB as I only use it for Whatsapp/SMS/Email and light internet surfing. Actually battery life is not really a concern for me as I use powerbanks if really need the juice nod.gif

Am glad I saved some souls hahaha.

Well enjoy the stays whilst Leap is launching soon. Some reports stated an all-touch PP2 is on its way by end of the year.

For me i would prefer the Blackberry with physical keyboard. If going for full touch screen, I wouldnt consider Blackberry sweat.gif

How is the performance of waze on this phone? Any comments?
*
For me its acceptable nod.gif
It is not blazing fast like on Android or Apple, has some slight sluggishness but it is good enough and not a deal breaker for me
