What you should worry is not to order deep fried or with coconut sauce in a dishes. (no more crispy & shaky makes the coconut spoil)
My suggestion
Som Tam (papaya salad)
Green curry (little milk)
Pak Ka Pao (minced chicken with Basil)
Clear Tom Yam soup.
