Hi, need your advice.

Got an ex colleague (since migrated to NZ) buzzed me yesterday regarding a job opportunity there.

Basically, same company (MNC), slightly different role, pay slighly better (X in MYR, X +15% in NZD), same benefits.

My question is more on cultural and environmental settings, will NZ be a good choice considering that;

1. I got a working wife & 2 young children below 3 years of age.
2. Never work abroad before
3. Planning to migrate in 5 years time

Thank you in advance for your replies.

Good Luck and Go for It but do check whether the X+ 15 is enough for a family . I think childcare in NZ is quite pricy

since you already have a plan to migrate, just go for it. Opportunity doesn't always come knocking the door.

I think you already made your decision.
Now you have an opportunity. Are you going to take it or let it pass?
That should be the question. If your answer is you'll take it, then question 1 & 2 does not matter anymore
