wonder is this a new version problem, Bitcomet unable to remember the last windows display settings after minimize...

convert back to 0.70, seems that 0.71 unable to finish download some torrent files...
like got 1 file 99.4%, about 10MB left, and after download about 20MB still cant got to 100% change back to 0.70, finish download... |
