I don't know the name for it in chinese. Banana also. biggrin.gif

Pricing depends on the location, whether it's wild or farmed.
But in general, i would say empurau (from sarawak) is the most expensive. Which is why it's called wang bu liao (cannot forget), as a fish can cost thousands. Second in my list would be Kerapu, then Ketutu, then jelawat. As for the others, as I said, I dont eat out, so I dont know the price for the fishes in restaurants.
