Cause I saw you were on elementalX-cm, means its for CAF(-derived) roms only. If you flash it on AOSP roms, you will have bootloop. ElementalX kernel is pretty good. spot on... i'm on purity based aosp... that might be the case... ok will try to flash the kernel to the correct one... anyway what rom is recommended if i were to stay with this current kernel? really appreciate the feedback

~.~I own a six Stars...do you?? :P~.~ Senior Member 1,800 posts Joined: Jan 2003 From: S.Alam,Seremban	Hi again...just an update...my N5 works fine now... 1. reflash to elementalx 1.11...the correct version of course 2. suddenly remembered last week my phone got splashed by a raindrops...so just to be safe i dunked it in my beras container for a day so far no issues with the n5 yet...been abusing it until now still no problem...many thanx to all for the advice P/S: Hannah Tan is using N5???
