anyone here having issue with charging? recently the phone will turn off itself as in not charging even though it is charging. for example there was 20%+ and charging last night but when i woke up this morning, the phone was off. i charged again and suddenly it go up to 40% and charging fine.

so far none of the retailers has good warranty claim record, so it's good for you to have frequent backup & secondary phone.

or get direct from google store, they have 1 time replacement even for cracked screen for you

my first smartphone was the htc hero bought in 09, use for 10 months got touch screen issue and they took 2 months to solve it, if i did not complain it would have been longer. so no more htc for me.

bought my n5 from directd, so far everything is good. my fren claim warrantry from them for her note 2 and it only take 5 days, overall service of the staff is not good but those service at authorize service centre isn't that good too based on previous experience.
