Just went to pavilion and visited Poh Kong and LukFook.
LukFook claim their gold is 9999 vs others 999.
Asking if it really does matter, I am hoping to buy the chain as a present cum investment , don't think the person would be wearing it around.

No issue, just buy from any reputable retailer.

You have to understand the SOP.

You must first file an official complaint to the bank first and give them a chance to respond and offer you a solution. If you don't satisfy with their solution, only then you can escalate to BNM.

Bank officer advised me to sell to jewellers.
I told him to F off. I asked him to give me 30% off his assets to me. Haha

Actually, you'll get a better price if you sell to a jewelry store. (I mean MSBullion and Kage etc.)
