Hi. According to the developer, their estimated rental yield is around 5% or RM 2,000 p/m for fully furnished units.
For your information, Units come semi-furnished with electrical appliances (air conditioning units, water heaters, washing machine, celing fans, dryer) as well as kitchenware (cooker hob, refrigerator, oven).

Another highly reputable developer is constructing 100 units of corporate offices as well as a 250 units Melawati mall. 562 sf is a good size for young couple/single occupant executives who wish to reside away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I cannot think of anymore residences suited for couples that face such beautiful and untouched greenery.
