Yes..sterling at rm while markovic at lm before. My winning team is ligue 1 team. Very cheap team but 

Sterling cost more because of his 4 star skills, while Walcott only has 3 stars.
Sterling is not good for me, Walcott is way better after testing it in a few games.
In most department, Walcott does things better mentally in terms of aggressiveness, vision and positioning.
Finest shot and finishing Walcott is also better at that, and also crossing.

Sterling is better at tackles than Walcott. That's the only thing I feel Sterling does better when I compare both of the in the game.

Because Silva is now a LM as compared to a CAM in the previous two versions, downgraded from 88 to 87 and his pace for a LM is pretty slow, just like Christian Eriksen. 70+ pace for a winger is pretty slow  Silva was a charm in CAM last season, those stats were amazing, this time his stats are pretty average.
