I found out that setting team defend tactics to offside trap made my defense more manageable and kept the straight line. Also it can deal with through ball well. Just sometimes the opponent ST got lucky break and they have chance to score

And another key for defending, "patience". Charging ahead towards opponent just to win possession is just plain stupid in FIFA 15. Need to jockey more and wait for the right time to press the tackle button.
