 Why never receive email when got new PM?, Same goes to new reply in tracked topics

Nowadays i don't receive email notification that i receive new PM nor tracked topics.
I've tick the notification to my email.

well if ya using a hotmail account..sometimes the email webmaster@lowyat.net is added to spam list. It happened to me before even though i put webmaster@lowyat.net into my allow list. weird blink.gif

So i need to manually remove it from blocked emails addresses.

So i guess you can check whether it is under blocked email addresses

im using my own host, i doubt its in the spam list becoz i can see the spam list ..

Are u receiving email from other domains.. lets say u send from ya yahoo to own host email.. works?

we are not getting any errors from your registered email account which basically means your email server is accepting the mail, and either dropping it or deleting it. Our logs indicate that mails to your registered email address has been sent.

May I know the sender IP is a dynamic or static IP?

Kindly request the sender to restart their modem/router to get a new IP if the IP is dynamic IP.

We were temporarily sending mail off a different ip due to server load issues before the database migration. Email is now being sent via our fixed ip address. Do update us if you're receiving your emails now.
