I have traced from the log and it seem that the email sent from : webmaster [at] lowyat.net to lowyat [at] lvmarciano.com was not able to reach your mailbox due to the sender IP was found in a DNS blacklist database.

May I know the sender IP is a dynamic or static IP?

Kindly request the sender to restart their modem/router to get a new IP if the IP is dynamic IP.
