a very gud watch. Cesc no doubt is gud in attacking and playing passes or 1-2 pass. But his positional awareness is not that great. Which is why he always didn't get to play in the 'Xavi' role in Barca and resulting Barca to push him to a more forward position. I read from the comment. Barca actually sacrifice a bit to adapt to Cesc's style, but in the end to no avail. They even push Iniesta to the wide side and let Cesc play the creator role. But in the end maybe they feel it's not worth it to sacrifice the team's style compared to Cesc's lack of positional awareness.

He always look to go forward, leaving too much space for Matic to cover.

So i think against big team like City, Mou might revert to 433. Ram, Matic and Cesc in midfield. Ram to cover for Cesc's forward play. :hmm:

If Mou is playing Ram, Matic and Cesc as a midfield trio, it really make us wonder, why not go for Pogba. With Pogba, MAtic and Cesc playing in 433, it is unstoppable!  :flex:

Sub in oscar.would be better passing, ball control and tackle

Mikel so good this season, the way he play a little bit more advance role and break the opponent higher up the pitch.  He also now like to put thru pass and play more like Matic.

the only player in our current first team squad that capable to emulate Cesc will be Oscar.

but he must adapt to deep-lying playmaker role..he already play a more central role in the Brazil squad. 

yap his off the ball run more like a No.10 players.

another player that sit deeper than the trident and control the game is Mikel, but his passing range and vision not as good as Cesc yet.

Oscar is getting better and better after each games.
His playing style is very unique. Not sure how to describe it.
