I'm using latest iOS version. When you reinstall fresh on iOS, choose Transfer Game Data instead of New Game. It will prompt you to enter user id password. I think it will be the same for Andriod. Haven't tried on Andriod, maybe got alternative way to save game data. Need other experienced Andriod users opinion =/

Easiest way is reinstall.

Alternative from other forum
Delete /Documents/savedata.bin and savadata_backup.bin if you're on iOS
Clear cache/data if you're on an Android, careful not to do that to everything if you play other games

For in app purchase, need to use same Apple ID which is used to download the app. So need to reload iTunes gift card Canada region to your Canadian iTunes account. Note that US gift cards can't use for Canada store. Other method is wait it release is US/MY store next month and redownload/purchase as usual.
