I have moved into a new apartment. In the beginning, my ASTRO can only watch non HD channel as my apartment didn't install the dish with HD receiver.

However, starting from yesterday. I can only watch HD channel and I can't watch all my non HD channels!!!!!

Have anyone experienced this problem before? I called my installer, he said my PVR decoder and everything is ok and working properly so he asks me to inquire the management which knows nothing...
