QUOTE(JohnLai @ Sep 26 2015, 12:17 PM) Dont ask obvious question. ok thanks alotOf course you select the highest possible resolution 1080i output = your TV set will deinterlace it to 1080p anyway. *On the other hand.....some cheap Sharp 40" has native 1280x720p resolution (HD Ready) or 1600x900p. Check your tv model specification. It is your loss if TV is not Full HD 1080....... In case the decoder outputs 1080i to a tv that only support 720p, the tv will automatically downscale back to 720p, so you have nothing to lose either way. mine is full HD 1920 x1080. few website shows 1080i and 1080p. just googled but i dont really understand. QUOTE(Subber @ Oct 6 2015, 12:51 PM) Hi guys, I had the same issue last few days. I need to switch off the decoder and On back. Anyone had issues with Astro beyond not updating, meaning that the date and time are wrong, there's no next program info or TV guide and I can't record anything. Is there a way to hard reset the decoder? Thanks. |
