Hope i'm in the correct place
Yesterday the astro guy came to replace my decoder as it was faulty most of the time
I had to restart it once every few days for it work properly
Anyways, long story short
The error message " You have inserted the wrong smartcard"
"Please insert the correct smartcard"
I called the CS adi and was told up to 24 hours to link or activate the smartcard.
It's coz they need to link my card to the new machine.
Checked in the bill they gave me, the smartcard is correct ( its my old card)
Did they recently change the decoder to a new model? Mine is the byond box btw...
Decoder forever in standby since yesterday after changing though ( i checked every hour just to see if it is active adi, but still same error).
