I've lodged a report that I may need to replace my decoder on Friday. Called the Customer Service and the person said the technician will contact me in 48 hours. But there is no follow up after that. Tried again today and the customer service officer said the technician will call today before 12pm. It's already 12pm and no call or whatsoever. This is unacceptable, as I don't even know if the report is received by the technician or not
