Animax on demand on astro is using mpeg4 format? Cause the picture is really like almost in HD quality with black bars. Anyway anime on astro od is less content and not even in 16:9 HD quality! I subscribe to super pack plus and anime content only have one channel that not even in HD

Hmm... We need to subscribe first? But if you forgot to drop this channel before deadline(20 November 2016) your bill will be charged because your already subscribe "Boo" package! Astro very tricky nowadays for giving new channel but need to SUBSCRIBE FIRST and then you can WATCH IT! I rather wait till Astro give free preview for boo channel maybe next year! Too many in-house made channel from Astro! Just hope maybe next year they will give more international channel like:

To the existing pack instead of new channel come with new packs!
Their SD channel is really bad cause the picture quality like not even 480p like on youtube!
Also after upgrade just like they put new channel to 10772MHz(7-8 HD channel) and 10852MHz(7-8 HD channel). Why other frequency like 12396MHz(5-6 HD channel) not put new HD channel even this frequency have more bandwidth than 10772MHz? I check on lyngsat provider like Transvision put more 9-10 HD channel on single 12563MHz frequency!
Just great internet/telco industry is not monopolised like Astro! Just look now current offerings from telco give you more than 10GB from only RM80/month! This price war start from U Mobile that give slahes to other telco like 30GB with Video-Onz for only RM98/month!
Super Pack Plus from only RM188.68 is really expensive and this pack contain too many in-house and only 20-30 international channel is RM188.68! Astro really don't care with their customer

HELP!!!

I want to downgrade my package from Super Pack Plus to Nilai Pack+Korean Pack!

Is Astro charge one time RM10 if we downgrade package or RM10 per package? Please someone reply to me immediately!!! I want to downgrade package this month since cannot tahan with Astro sports pack price hike!

I'm also planning to downgrade package maybe next month as my contract end March 2017!
For alternative i just can hope for mobile broadband as my place still no port for streamyx service
At the moment, just depend on IOX prepaid plan and Burung Hantu to download as many fresh anime, movie, japan and other entertainment as my house still don't have streamyx port while other same house with my area got!
Maybe in 2020 TM will pasang port to my taman in the future!!

Btw they sister channel Animax still not have so much new same day as japan tittle like Aniplus HD..
Aniplus HD already have "after japan broadcast" which in 1 hour they already aired the new show to the channel..
Currently Aniplus is showing like Drifters, Touken Ranbu Hanamaru, Occultic; Nine
Just great that iflix taken Aniplus for they deals..
But still in SD quality and not updated daily..

Then for what astro to use the Measat 3b all 18 Ku band transponder they said
All 48 Ku band just useless since Dec 2014 where astro launch only 8 HD channel which good but little. At that time Astro also increase HD subscribe from RM20 to RM25. Yeah i read on wikipedia the launch of Measat 3b will allow Astro to provide more than 100 HD channel but what happen now. Right now about 55 HD channel only. Very enjoy their place right now. Already 2016 and almost 2 years 15 years lifespan of Measat 3b which close in maybe 2029 or 2030. At that time maybe other company already challenge Astro

Just hope maybe in 2017 or atleast 2020 already have competion which is good for customer. When that time happen Astro kaw kaw to offer good HD channel and pricing. Just what Maxis did when lose more than 1 million customer
But yeah new company but can they offer good channel like Astro such as AXN HD, FOX HD. And don't forget Astro don't care with kids channel to upgrade to HD. I like to watch some cartoon in BM dub like The Amazing World of Gumball, Adventure Time and other. And still no Cartoon Network HD

Internet in Malaysia already have but fixed line internet still monopoly by TM. Also heard rumour that TM want to merge with Astro

Hike the price but to provide atleast 5 temporary HD channel also cannot
Then for what Measat 3b launch
Also heard Measat already planning to launch Measat 3c soon when they announced Measat 3b launching last years
