I've unsubscribed from ASTRO and currently in my 1 month notice period. Now I can still watch ASTRO and also the recorded shows on my PVR. I'm wondering once the 1 month notice period is expired, I know I won't be able to watch current ASTRO programmin... But what about the shows I've recorded and stored on the Pvr? Can I still watch them? Thanks in advance guys.

previously NO,once disconnected everything goes with it,not sure of any new policy changes. Now they are more desperate, they will give some offers/channels to get you back .Anyway nothing on PVR is guaranteed it can go missing anytime!

BTW, can we salvage the HDD inside the PVR?

What is the necessary thing need to look for? And what the size?

My astro 1 month notice just ended today. Not able to watch the shows recorded on my PVR anymore.

So I'm wondering the same thing. Can I disassemble the decoder/PVR unit to get at the HDD inside?
