If Astro take sure they will make another pack with hike price
As you can see Korean Pack price RM10.60 for 2 HD channel
Sure seperate as korean movie not so popular in Malaysia
Or waiting more than 5 years to Astro bring it

It okay if it be ala carte package on Astro. The more and more new channel with new package just make the price very expensive. Now Korean Pack is bundle on Star Pack maybe about RM100 i think

If this astro tactic its okay but don't make other customer who don't want this package will be tied for their package bundle. Just like Super Pack. When first Super Pack introduce by Astro i think the price only RM130 at that time. But now? Increase up to RM156 per month

Now you see some customer who want to subscribe that package maybe just want PVR stb for only RM50 installation charge. If astro make new pack bundle with other sure price will go insane. Just like Super Pack Plus priced at RM188.68/month.
Please la astro make bundle pack but don't mix with Sport Pack and Movie Pack that will make price go up.
I just only want standard family+cartoon+variety pack that suit my needs
But yeah its Astro their just make for what they want

I try to download youtube video in 480p resolution and compare on my HDTV.And the result is REALLY DIFFERENT. Youtube video in 480p resolution is more BETTER than Astro SD channel

I just jealous looking price for Singtel TV pack. Standard Family Starter Pack already can get Kids, Entertainment, Variety and Learning. And for most popular channel all in HD quality

I really hope Astro will have satelite tv competitor. I know IPTV and Cable TV won't work in Malaysia as it really wide and big.
But yeah atleast la Astro convert their SD channel MPEG2 to MPEG4 SD 16:9 quality technology.
MPEG2 is really lame like just in 1990 tech. Atleast change video compression to MPEG4 for better picture quality

Yeah. Other neighbour satelite tv company already change video compression format to MPEG4 Astro still MPEG2

Another temporary event channel eGG PLUS(CH806)and eGG PLUS HD(CH807). Look like Astro very focus on eSport game
Btw this 11 December 2016 astro will upgrade they system. This have mention by Qash-M.
I hope the new upgrade is price package and bug fix on PVR stb. Hmm eGG PLUS SD channel in 16:9 quality but yeah still crappy as usual

This decoder one this stb also same designe by Transvision Indonesia satelite pay tv. Why la don't give with new one that have timing on LED number

Astro should cease transmission of HITS HD(CH720) instead The channel keep showing old good program but the show already late in 1980-1990 series and repeat back

New customer still subscribe Astro because some of them maybe just want to watch Live Sport,Malay drama,Korean other. Streaming service still lack with new content.

What TM should did is decrease the price also. Some of them don't need new faster speed but lower price still good

Astro what good? Only some genre. Astro don't even have atleast one music video HD channel. Some chinese show on theyy in-house channel.
Astro also don't even have japanese entertainment channel in HD quality
Astro offer good for nothing useless repeat channel and more advertisement
With more ads Astro should reduce the price. Nothing good HD channel to offer. Better just be Astro one time payment and watch what you want with more ads after 5-10 minute show/drama

Deswai Astro brand it "Boo" should be brand as "Booring" channel.

But in Indonesia and Thailand we can use C Band parabola to search channel locate on Measat 3 and Measat3a. So more HD channel we can get there

In Malaysia if Measat own by Malaysia pun we cannot use that satelite tv parabola. But other neighbour country can

FOX Sports HD is paid channel of course need to pay. Just really want till Astro seperate Super Pack with something bundle pack that not include Sport Pack and Movie Pack is good for me. I don't need sport and movie channel. Family, Kids and Variety already good enough with more original HD channnel and not Astro in-house channel

Astro should abolish HD service fee. Still want charge expensive for little best original HD channel. More than 20 HD channel are Astro in-house
Look at TM HyppTV can purchase one channel and not charge HD fee. But yeah now TM want more money by bundle UniFi with HyppTV pack
Both Astro and TM just want money only. Astro should give more original HD channel than their in-house boring channel instead

And please move to MPEG4 for better viewing experience rather than crappy SD channel with MPEG2

I think fta channel better stick with SD quality rather to pay more for just HD...

5G in Malaysia maybe arrive in 2025 or later. With more faster speed use on mobile network. We can expect that maybe 6G or 7G will give more blazing speed up to 500Mbps for mobile wireless service. With speed more than 100Mbps~500Mbps coming maybe in 2050 or 2100. Maybe mobile internet provider can offer unlimited internet on fastest wireless tech than using standard copper and fibre optic cable.

DiGi now offering 4G+ broadband speed up to 150Mbps and have about 100GB data. After your finish the data speed will be capped at 512Kbps Unlimited. Instead of standard 64kbps capping speed with 15GB that standard Celcom offering now. Maybe Celcom should make 512Kbps capped speed unlimited same like what DiGi did. 4G+ can offers speed more than 100Mbps and average speed telco give around 30Mbps~80Mbps for most less people use it

If that area more people use maybe speed around 10Mbps~20Mbps. Still good
5G arriving with more capacity and bandwidth we can expect telco will give atleast 200GB data or 1Mbps unlimited cap speed. But yeah maybe 5G in Japan first since NTT Docomo want to launch in Japan in 2020. 4G speed is good enough. Just need big data or atleast 500Kbps cap speed is more than enough

But CRT TV will have screen 16:9 and black bars up and down. Still ok than 4:3 that need to stretch on HDTV
