Pay a one time Special Pass of RM 104+ to watch Euro 2016 AND Rio Olympics 2016. Ass-throw call it "free" for Rio Olympics... I call it RM 52+ for Euro 2016 and RM 52+ for the Rio Olympics so... if anyone only want to watch Rio Olympics, that person MUST pay double for the Euro 2106 together. 

I have many chinese friends who does actually watch Korean dramas especially those on love and family stories. I  even have a teenage niece who often watch korean series online at various websites. I think one of the reasons why Ass-throw also show Korean drama series on Wah Lai Toi channel 310 is because of the increasing popularity from the chinese. Even the dialogue have been dubbed in Cantonese.

So I think Ass-throw want to attract malay and chinese viewers. I don't know about the Indians so probably any Indian here should be able to answer this better.

For my opinion, Astro's main focus is towards something that brings more profit to them, as well as compelling to the customers. So any services (including TV channels) that is unable to fulfill their objectives will either, will not provide the service at all, or being discontinued. In this cessation of Sundance Channel (Malaysia feed) on Astro, it is unsurprising to me and it's a matter of time that it will happen one day, considering that the channel doesn't show much attractive movies to the viewers, unlike HBO or Fox Movies Premium.

Just if you don't know, the Sundance Channel you're currently watching on Astro is actually Malaysia dedicated feed, not the Asia feed. So basically it could mean that Astro is paying more money to the TV broadcaster company of Sundance Channel to provide Malaysia feed instead. I'm not sure what's the reason Astro doing this.

Usually whenever Astro ceases a channel, it could means the channel is having a very low viewership, and for Astro it doesn't seems to bring any more benefit for them to continue providing the channel because not much customers is watching it, so they discontinue the channel. Or another reason is, contract is expired or any contract related stuff between Astro and the owner of the TV channel company.

Well, Supersport 4 & Arena will also go HD. I guess 5 HD channels is enough for live EPL plus 1 from Fox.

But still, FS2 & 3 are still not in HD.

It unfortunate we have customers actually paying for AB,AF and ABO when what they are actually getting is trimmed distorted versions None of their In House channels failed    These are the customers asstro's wants they buy whatever pay whatever,it does not matter if they watch or not!

astro telemarketing is busy calling old customers and customers who downgrade cos of price hike  to take SP1 &2 at RM146 an offer with old pricing with the old basic sports pack.Many do not know of the new sports add ons and they think astro giving offer with all sports  with no price hike! I refused and fired them for being misleading.So be cautious before you subscribe over the phone!

they told me the whole pack then after I raised my doubts she admitted basic sports pack which is in SP now and SPL only ,however telemarketing is risky,dont trust them

BeIN Sports HD (Channel 837) is available for customers who subscribe to Sports Pack and HD Service. Astro Arena HD (Channel 802) is available for all customers who have Basic HD Pack or HD Service.

Can someone please tell me how bad are Astro outages nowadays with the rain etc?

Do you lose all signal completely?
