Streaming on Twitch PROBLEM, lagg or low reso. NEED HELP!

I have problems with lagging and my twitch is on very low resolution. can see big pixel on the screen. can someone help me recomend me the setting?
I'm using 4mbps ![]() I'm using OBS btw |

look at the bottom of OBS for the real upload speed.
and cehck for the frame drop rate. Those are the important things when streaming. Speedtest is not always right. Check the bit rate setting too, if your upload speed is really too low, lower the bit rate and fps. |

If you are using Streamyx 4Mbps package, the maximum upload speed you can get is only 512kbps (around 50kb/s), which I think is not so enough for streaming.
You may want to get Unifi which can get you much more upload speed (5mbps). |
