I still blur blur playing this. Don't understand a thing

I scared ar, I cincai used all the items to bind to the hero then later regret cos I dunno how this really works. But of course I do bind it according to the skill of an hero though e.g. INT is for magic, etc.

Should I save all the materials for a better hero?
