Germany bans support or ISIS and everything associated with it

In the aftermath of the Sharia police incident in Wuppertal, Germany has now gathered enough legislative support to ban all graphics, images and symbols associated with ISIS, including the black Islamic flag. Germany's Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere said that ignoring the ban - which also covers participating in demonstrations or supporting the group financially - "is now a crime with immediate effect." The waving of the black flag, using ISIS symbols, whether in public or on internet, are no longer allowed.

Violators of the ban could face jail time. "Germany is a well-fortified democracy, there's no place here for a terrorist organisation which opposes the constitutional order as well as the notion of international understanding," the interior minister said in a statement. "We are resolutely confronting this threat (ISIS) today." The ban was supported by politicians from all participation in Germany, both ruling and opposition. "We must prevent radical Islamists bringing their jihad to our cities," De Maiziere said.

ISIS supporters disguised under pro-Gaza demonstration or Islamic banner, Germany says it could no longer tolerate that

There are an estimated 400 German nationals who have travelled to Iraq and Syria to fight on the side of the jihadists, some about 100 of them have returned to Germany. Supporters of ISIS violently attacked Kurdish Yazidis living in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia last month and stormed a restaurant in the German town of Herford. Yazidis in that restaurant, including its 30-year-old owner, were injured. Germany is home to around 60,000 people of Yazidi descent.

A 27-year-old German jihadist from the city of Essen, believed to be fighting in Syria and identified as Silvio K., has posted video threatening to bomb the city of Koblenz. "This shows that Germany is still the focus of jihadist terrorism and that those returning from Syria remain a threat," a German interior ministry spokesperson said. The last straw was when ultra-conservative Salafists took to the streets of the western city of Wuppertal earlier this week, enforcing a 'Sharia patrol zone' and calling themselves the "Sharia Police". This galvanized German politicians, public and media to push for action.

Protestors trying to fight with German police

Many ISIS supporters disguised themselves as pro-Gaza demonstrators. They have threatened the Jews at demonstrations, carrying numerous jihadist banners and shouting, "Jews, we will not forget you. You are the terrorists. We will send you to the gas (chambers)." In Wuppertal, they have also threw petrol bombs towards a Jewish synanogue. When countered, they claim that the flag they carried is not an ISIS flag, but that of Islamic flag. German police has arrested two for the firebombing.

Among the symbols that are being banned in Germany, according to the German Interior Ministry, are; Black flag with writing 'La Ilaha illa Allah' and 'ad-Dawla al-Islamiya fil-Iraq wash-Sham'; Black flag with writing at top 'La Ilaha illa Allah, Allah, Rasul, Muhammad' and 'Dawlat al-Khilafa al-Islamiya'; Black flag with writing 'La Ilaha illa Allah' and in the circle 'Allah, Rasul, Muhammad'; Logo of the ISIS media outlet 'Mu’assasat Ajnad'; Logo of the IS media outlet 'al-I'tisam lil-Intaj al-I’lami'; and Logo of the IS media outlet 'Mu’assasat al-Furqan lil-Intaj al-I'lami'. Germany says it doesn't target Islamic symbols in general but only those used by ISIS and its sympathizers. Such ban is not unfamiliar in the country, German law has long prohibits the use or depiction of Nazi swastikas.

Growing Islamist threats have hardened German attitude

The black Islamic flag is one of the religious flags and symbols of Islam, but it has been so widely flown by radical groups the likes of al-Qaeda, Taliban, Boko Haram and ISIS that many in the world now relate it as an icon of jihadist ambition to subjugate the entire planet, and specifically the non-Muslims. Growing Islamist threats has apparently hardened the German stance. Germany on Monday is due to put on trial a 20-year-old alleged jihadist suspected of being a member of ISIS, in the country's first court case involving the militant group.

Stephan Mayer, from the ruling CSU coalition, called the ban a "clear step", while Social Democrat Ralf Jaeger, interior minister of the western North Rhine-Westphalia state, said it sent an "important message". De Maziere's announcement was also backed by German police union DPolG, whose Chairman Rainer Wendt described the ban as "right and necessary". "It would be cynical and irresponsible if we showed tolerance in this situation," Wendt added, warning that otherwise ISIS supporters may fly flags on German streets.

good to seem them take a hard stance before too late. those ppl dare to do such things in a country that happily took them in. its a disgrace for the moderates. if they hard enuff, they can revoke citizenship n ship them back to mid east where they appear to want to be.

this is what happen when u mass imigration of uneducated radicals from 3rd world countries. similar to wat msia is doing, but not quite.

Nuff said. Only a stupid country like ours has two laws being used with both contradicting with each other and foolishly enough, as a secular country, why there is a religious-based law is beyond my comprehension.

Rule the world? I'm sorry but it just won't. Religion is an imperfect ideology with people often using it to advance their own cause by blinding others to follow them. Organised religion is whats left in our age, and it is catered to those in power to do just about anything and get away with it as long as they promote themselves in the name of their GOD

Hitler actually had a much favorable view on Muslims. Some of his quotes:

QUOTE
"Had we been on our own, we could have emancipated the Moslem countries dominated by France; and that would have had enormous repercussions in the Near East, dominated by Britain, and in Egypt. But with our fortunes linked to those of the Italians, the pursuit of such a policy was not possible. All Islam vibrated at the news of our victories. The Egyptians, the Irakis and the whole of the Near East were all ready to rise in revolt. Just think what we could have done to help them, even to incite them, as would have been both our duty and in our own interest! But the presence of the Italians at our side paralysed us; it created a feeling of malaise among our Islamic friends, who inevitably saw in us accomplices, willing or unwilling, of their oppressors. We had a great chance of pursuing a splendid policy with regard to Islam. But we missed the bus, as we missed it on several other occasions, thanks to our loyalty to the Italian alliance!

QUOTE
I am sure that the Japanese, the Chinese and the peoples of Islam will always be closer to us than, for example, France, in spite of the fact that we are related by blood.

I don't know which sources you quote, but even in Germany scholars have agreed if you're not an Aryan, you're lower than an Aryan.

If you're coloured, you're lower than a cattle animal. That included the Turk Muslims.

Because scholars agreed, had the reich was achieved, non Aryans would be wiped out.
