Hi guys,

I just bought FF IV and was super excited. But when tried to key in the registration code, error 82000134 came up. From searching google, i found that it was related to the console region.

But the disc that i bought has no region on it - it says ALL, instead of the usual 1 / 2/ 3 . What's going on here?

Also, i can't get to the 24/7 helpline, because when i tried registering my account, the refuse to recognize my login, saying e-mail error. (but it sent the confirmation email to the right email.. )

So would be grateful if anyone can help clarify. Thanks.
