I still remember the first time I taste a young abalone imported from China is sour one..
then so many years never found back a sour one..
Imported from Japan, Korea, Ukraine, Tom yam, Vuetnam, East Europe and etc.
sometimes got seafood taste also have..
Mostly taste moderately good and same.. just occasionally found some special taste one.
