I purchased this sofa last november at hatch mont kiara. I really love it so much! Since it can fit my entire family in front of tv comfortably.

It comes in nice acacia fabric. Problem is my toddler always spill milk and touch with wet hands. The sofa comes with cleaner but its not good enuff to clean all stain and leaves watermark.

Anyone have experience or contact for good cleaning service? I was quoted rm250. Not sure if this is expensive or not for cleaning. Advice needed

Asked already and was quoted rm250. As mentioned, dont know if that is reasonable or not.

Also, this sofa is water resistant if spilt on. But if wet hands touch it leaves a mark. 😩

Use a wet cloth, apply some cleaning powder and "damped" the dirty area. Dont scrub it, it will make it worse.
If the stain is still there, call for dry cleaning.

I came across with this problem before, i called their customer advisor to deal with the problem. They taught me how to clean the fabric step by step.

This fabric is quite easy to maintain, prefer this fabric compared to leather as it cracks after few years.

Feel free to pm me for their custoner advisor's hp number.

Got a lot of little wet stains from previous attempts to clean, so i got the cleaners to come (RM300 out the window). Now i know for water stains, just take paper towel or micro fibre and press til dry. Couch looks as good as new.

Forgot exact price, i got it from roadshow in the curve. I think it was around 7k (np: 13k) with free coffee table (worth 1.2k) with matching fabric. After cleaning it looks like new again.

Company is Hatch.my in mont kiara.

Would you have gotten leather after experiencing fabric with toddler? Does it soil easily? I've booked a acacia fabric sofa myself.

I think RM250 for cleaning this sofa is not high n reasonable.
Cause i do in workshop car and when i calling man to do cleaning car seating also want that price for small car and higher to RM350 for big car.
They get the machine professional to cleaning it in dry not wet.

I have order an acacia Fabric sofa last weekend. Just wonder the maintenance fee(cleaning fee) for the sofa is so high? Between, how to differentiate acacia Fabric vs normal Fabric? I would like to verify whether I have receive the genuine Acacia fabric sofa.

Would like to know this as well. Also, will acacia fabric sofa feel hot during afternoon if without aircond?
